Abilities are the main method for interacting with other employees and completing tasks in Synergon. There are standard abilities, which provide benefits, boost stats, and restore MP or AP; attack abilities, which drain MP from frenemies; and defense abilities, which counter attacks from frenemies. Some abilities are specific to certain department members. Each ability has an AP cost; if an employee doesn’t have the AP to spend, it can’t be used.
